Moonstar Dangle Earrings
Description
Star shaped with crescent moon laser engraved and cut lightweight wood earrings, hand-painted shimmer details, with brass hooks for dangle design. Size: 2.25 inches wide in the middle, and 2 inches tall. With the brass hardware, they hang about 2.5 inches down. A pentagram is a five pointed star. Traditionally, the five points of the star represent the four elements (Earth, Water, Fire, and Air) and Spirit.
An upright pentagram represents the triumph of spirit over matter, while an inverted pentagram represents the descent of spirit into matter. Pentagrams are often used in magick, usually to invoke or banish elemental energies when casting a circle. I hope you enjoy these earrings as much as I did making them! Hand-painted details and wood vary, but I will do my best to match in the picture. Brass hardware is nickel free.
