We’re a small-but-mighty crew made up of artists, dreamers, organizers, and storytellers — and we’re here to make your experience feel personal, soulful, and just a little bit magical.

From unpacking crystals to styling product shoots to recommending the exact incense for your Monday meltdown — we love what we do. And we love sharing it with you.

🌞 Shanna — Founder, Owner & Creative Director

Shanna is the founder and visionary behind The Boho Depot, leading the overall creative direction, operations, growth strategy, and brand experience across every part of the business. What began as a passion for creativity, individuality, and meaningful connection has grown into a constantly evolving boho lifestyle brand filled with fashion, crystals, home decor, gifts, and everyday magic.

As Owner and Creative Director, Shanna oversees high-level store operations, ecommerce management, purchasing, merchandising direction, brand development, customer experience strategy, marketing initiatives, and long-term business growth. She personally curates the products carried throughout the store and remains deeply involved in maintaining the unique visual identity and customer experience that define TBD.

From leading top-level management and operational systems to developing creative concepts, launches, events, and future expansion ideas, Shanna continues to guide the overall vision of the company while building a brand centered around creativity, community, self-expression, and opportunity.

Kyle – Operations & Logistics Support

Kyle works behind the scenes helping keep The Boho Depot moving day-to-day through operational support, logistics, maintenance, and project assistance. From handling deliveries and store upkeep to helping tackle the countless moving pieces that come with a growing business, he plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Whether he’s helping prepare for big projects, assisting with store operations, or jumping in wherever needed, Kyle is a steady and dependable part of the foundation that helps support TBD’s continued growth.

Megan – Customer Experience Lead

Megan is the expert behind The Boho Depot customer experience. As Customer Experience Lead, she helps create the welcoming, supportive atmosphere that keeps customers coming back again and again. From team support and daily operations to building genuine relationships with our community, Megan brings warmth, consistency, and care into every part of the store. She plays a vital role in making TBD feel less like a shop — and more like a second home.

Ashley – Creative Merchandising Lead & Floor Lead

Ashley leads the creative flow of The Boho Depot, overseeing merchandising, inventory movement, visual displays, and overall floor presentation throughout the store. From new product launches and themed displays to maintaining organization and keeping product moving efficiently by directing our team, she helps bring the vision of TBD to life every single day. With a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating inspiring spaces, Ashley plays a key role in shaping the in-store experience and keeping the store visually fresh, functional, and aligned with the brand.

Jesse – Brand Storytelling & Social Media Lead

Jesse is the creative eye behind The Boho Depot’s visual identity online. Through photography, video content, styling, reels, and social storytelling, she helps capture the personality, energy, and magic of the brand across social media and marketing platforms.

From behind-the-scenes moments to beautifully styled product shoots, Jesse brings TBD to life visually while helping maintain the fun, expressive, and unmistakably boho personality that makes the brand so recognizable to our community.

Tori – Brand Model & Crystal Muse

Tori has been one of the longtime faces of The Boho Depot and continues to help bring the brand to life through modeling, creative shoots, and visual campaigns. Her unique style, energy, and love for crystals have helped shape many of the visuals customers associate with TBD over the years.

Whether she’s modeling new arrivals, helping inspire creative concepts, or bringing a little extra sparkle to a shoot, Tori continues to be an important part of the creative spirit behind the brand.
