Engraved Silver Full Moon Singing Bowl These bowls are made by hand for Nepali artisans under the light of the Full Moon by enhancing the subtle moon energy for healing vibrations. Rare and unique in nature, Full Moon bowls produce sounds that are as ethereal as the luminous moonlight they are created under. These singing bowls are chosen carefully to ensure their healing properties. Singing bowls are a type of bell used for healing and meditation. They vibrate and produce a harmonic tone when played. To create sound with a singing bowl, gently rub the mallet/ wooden stick that is included, in circular motion against the bowl's rim. They are made of seven different metals: tin, zinc, iron, copper, mercury, silver and gold. These 2 last metals (Silver & Gold) are almost untraceable, since the quantities are really small.
