Metallic Tulle Floral Maxi Skirt

The picture in the add was beautiful, however, it was described having an outer layer(overlay)skirt adorned with (shiny/reflective) stuff (sorry can't remember the exact term used) when my fiance recieved the package we were both very excited because shecwas going to wear it when we get married this month.
She opened the package and she said it was like she opened a package of glitter that dumped on the floor. (Actually had to get a sweeper to clean it up) also stating "It's all over me!"
Examining the skirt there was no way to remove that layer without removing the mystique of the skirt itself.
Instead of her having to hassle with doing a return(first time buyer as well as scheduling an intimate wedding service)
We decided to give it to her niece that likes princess dresses with glitter.
I just wish the photo had reflected it (more) properly, so to avoid her disappointment.

This skirt is so pretty in person that it almost doesn't seem real!! It makes me feel like I'm a kid dressed up as a fairy princess in the absolute best way.
