One copper electroformed Carved Citrine Necklace Gold Planchette complete on a 22” soldered copper chain. This is a beautiful interpretation of a planchette. The Ouija board came straight out of the American 19th century obsession with spiritualism, the belief that the dead are able to communicate with the living.
Birthstone of November, the Citrine crystal is said to cleanse the chakras and open intuition. It imparts joy, wonder, delight and enthusiasm. Planchettes measure approximately 1.75” x 1.25". Size, shape, and color may vary as no carvings or stones are alike. Quartz planchettes have natural fractures. This happens during crystal growth, as a result of internal tensions caused by tectonic activity during mineralization.
