Moonstone Intuition

Attuned to the energy of the moon, Moonstone is known to stabilize emotions, decrease stress and enhance intuition.

Materials: Healing Stone, Coconut Shell Button, and Adjustable 100% Cotton Cord

Length: Adjustable 18.25" - 18.75"

SNIP THE CORD: Try on your jewelry and decide which size works best for you. Create a cleaner look by using scissors to snip off any remaining loops or lengthy cord.

KEEP DRY: Our jewelry can be worn in the water, but keeping it dry is the best way to protect from wear and tear. Our 100% cotton cords last longest when taken off before swimming and showering.

RECHARGE: If your jewelry contains a healing gemstone, you can cleanse its energy! Use a few drops of water and your fingers to gently cleanse the beads, and leave out in the sunlight or moonlight for a few hours.

SHINE: Our brass beads will tarnish naturally when exposed to salty air, skin cream, sweat, or perfume. Use a cloth to polish, or try shining your brass beads with soapy water or lemon juice and a light brush.

Shipping policy

The Boho Depot offers a number of shipping options to fit your needs. Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Exceptions include postal service problems that are outside of our control.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at The Boho Depot’s physical location at 1214 Reynolda Road, Suite C, Winston Salem, NC, 27104. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-6pm, Monday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at storemanager@thebohodepot.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you. 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns
The Boho Depot wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or for questions about our return policy, you can contact us at storemanager@thebohodepot.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We take photos of every order before it's shipped out to ensure brand quality control and mitigate any issues caused by shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Crystals/stones, plants, rugs, sale items, and anything marked 'final sale' are not eligible for return. Please email or call us if you have any questions about an items return eligibility.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
